Our Firm specializes in navigating the complexities of land use and environmental regulation in the Central Valley and Sierra Nevada Foothill communities.  What sets J.B. Anderson Land Use Planning apart is our commitment to our existing and future Clients through hard work, knowledge and expertise in Federal, State, and Local policies and regulations, and our solutions-based, customer service-oriented approach with every project that comes through our office.  Our Firm is comprised of Planners who have roots in the Central Valley and understand the landscape of Planning and Land Use issues affecting the area in which we live, recreate, and enjoy.  As we look beyond 2026, we remain steadfast in our customer service approach and appreciate our existing and future clients.
